On 4th July I started using a FitBit pedometer to help me get fit. Shortly after on 12th July thanks to my mum I got the FitBit scales.
Well in a little over a month as you can see above I’ve now lost 20lbs / 1st 6lbs / 9kg in weight.
I’ve not changed to much in my life to achieve this.
I walk more, and I eat healthier. I haven’t banned myself from any foods or drink, but but calorie counting everything (even my Ales & Beers) and keeping below what the FitBit.com website recommends I’m loosing the weight.
I still have a long way to go, but already the changes I’ve made are paying off.
